Payroll Specialist

Responsible for Human Resource Management system & HR Payroll System. - Conducting full payroll in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. - Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and statutory requirements. - Developing ad-hoc financial and operational reporting as required. - Work closely with reporting manager, to invent and simplify, towards process automation reporting, and actively participate and lead continuous improvement project related to payroll management. - Compliance to regulatory and legislation requirement related to payroll include payment and submission of report. Such as Income Tax for local workers, KWSP & SOSCO. - Perform a variety of payroll processing activities including time attendance, generating monthly payroll, bonus processing, allowances, claims and overtime payments; calculating and recording payroll deductions; processing advanced payments and processing new hires and terminations. REQUIREMENTS - Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. - 5-7 years of working experience in performing full Payroll in manufacturing environment. - Good with HRIS system / HR software system / Payroll System
