QA Inspector

Responsibilities Assist the QA /QC in carry out any Quality Assurance or Quality Control function in the department. Responsible for overall QA/QC department daily activities. Authority to liaise with customer and supplier on the quality problem and requirements. Authority to co-ordinate meeting with customer, production and suppliers on quality issue. Authority to make decision on non conforming inspection lot. Responsible in any other assignments given by superior from time to time. Authority to follow up with corrective action taken by production and supplier. Responsible to follow up customer claim report. Responsible to check the effectiveness of countermeasure reply to customer and countermeasure reply by production. Responsible to follow up the Engineering information received (ECN). Responsible to establish and control QA /QC department quality control document and records.
