**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute HR strategies, initiatives, systems, tactics, and procedures that align with the overarching business strategy.
- Facilitate communication and resolution between management and employees regarding requests, grievances, and other matters.
- Administer benefits, compensation, and performance evaluation systems to foster high performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations by monitoring and implementing federal and state human resource requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization in hearings.
- Handle all disciplinary and employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary measures, suspensions, and terminations.
- Supervise end-to-end payroll processing for the Group, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Provide management with reports and decision-making support based on HR metrics.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree graduate in Human Resource Management or any other relevant field.
- Possess at least 3 years of working experience in Human Resource field.
- Good understanding of related statutory legislation includes Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and Industrial Relations
- Mandarin speaking is required to liaise with internal personnel.

**Supplemental Pay & Benefits**:

- AWS, Variable Performance Bonus, AL, Medical Benefits, EPF, SOCSO

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)
