Telemarketing Executive

Job Descriptions:

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up sales meetings with potential clients.
- Direct prospects to the field sales when needed.
- To ensure high service standards by making sure all presentation to customers in accordance to given product guide and sales script
- Work closely with Manager to develop and implement sales and services strategies to achieve committed targets in the relevant product through telesales calls.
- Enter and update customer information in CRM.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quote and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and note oof useful information.

Job Requirements:

- At least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
- At least 3-4 year of related working experience in a Telesales.
- Basic knowledge of logistics services will be advantage.
- Demonstrated sales skills.
- Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills.

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ara Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telesales: 3 years (required)
