**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize creative teaching methods to engage and inspire young learners, incorporating Islamic stories, values, and practices into the lessons.
- Assess the individual learning needs of each child and adapt teaching strategies accordingly, ensuring their progress and understanding.
- Provide personalized attention and guidance to each child, promoting their development and building a strong foundation in both academic and Islamic knowledge.
- Create a positive and nurturing environment that encourages active participation, fosters love for learning, and instills Islamic values.
- Maintain a safe and clean learning environment, incorporating Islamic etiquette and manners in daily routines.
Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with lunch included. Compensation starts at RM1800 and will be based on experience and qualifications.
We plan to establish our own school in the very near term so there will be an opportunity to be an early team member of that project.

- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children, preferably in a teaching or tutoring role.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child, incorporating Islamic teachings.
- Organizational skills to plan and execute lessons effectively.
