**About Our Client**:

- Formulate and communicate the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives, guiding the management team in devising and implementing strategies to accomplish business goals in the Asia Pacific Region.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all business lines, evaluating performance metrics, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices for operational excellence.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, diversification, and expansion, fostering strategic partnerships, establishing new business lines, and exploring innovative concepts to enhance the company's market position and revenue streams.
- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while maintaining sound financial practices, managing risks, and driving profitability and sustainable growth.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including Company, government agencies, local communities, industry partners, and customers, representing the company in relevant forums, conferences, and events.
- Promote and integrate sustainable practices and environmental stewardship initiatives throughout the business, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards, and championing the company's commitment to conservation and responsible tourism.
- Foster a positive company culture, demonstrate leadership, and inspire the team towards excellence, while attracting, developing, and retaining high-caliber talent, providing mentorship and guidance, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, hospitality, environmental sciences, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise as a CEO, Managing Director, or in a senior leadership capacity within the travel, hospitality, or eco-tourism sector.
- Strong grasp of sustainable practices, conservation, and environmental stewardship.
- Established track record in successfully steering business growth, revenue generation, and maintaining operational excellence.
- Excellent aptitude for strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, showcasing the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Financial acumen and hands-on experience in budget management and financial performance.
- Robust capabilities in stakeholder management and adept at building relationships.
- Comprehensive understanding of both local and international eco-tourism trends, regulations, and best practices.
