Administrative Tasks
- **Scheduling and Calendar Management**:

- Manage and coordinate the schedules of senior executives.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- **Document Management**:

- Prepare, review, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

Organizational Support
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Arrange logistics for meetings, including venue booking, equipment setup, and catering.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- **Office Management**:

- Oversee office supplies and inventory management.
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and operational.

Financial and Budgetary Duties
- **Budget Management**:

- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Handle invoicing, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare financial reports and summaries for review by senior management.

Strategic Planning and Support
- **Policy Development**:

- Assist in the formulation and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
- **Project Management**:

- Support and sometimes lead projects to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion.

Human Resources
- **Employee Coordination**:

- Help with onboarding new employees and organizing training sessions.
- **Employee Relations**:

- Serve as a liaison between staff and management, addressing employee concerns and facilitating communication.

External Relations
- **Public Relations**:

- Manage the organization’s external communications, including press releases and public announcements.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- **Event Planning**:

- Organize and coordinate events such as fundraisers, public appearances, and corporate social responsibility activities.

Compliance and Legal
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update records as required by law.
- **Legal Support**:

- Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents.
- Liaise with legal counsel as necessary.

Information Technology
- **IT Coordination**:

- Assist with the management of IT resources, ensuring that all office technology is up to date and functional.
- Coordinate with IT support to resolve any technical issues.

Personal Assistance to Executives
- **Executive Support**:

- Provide personalized support to senior executives, including personal errands and travel arrangements.

Miscellaneous
- **Special Projects**:

- Handle special projects as assigned by senior management.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Proactively seek ways to improve office processes and increase efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,328.10 - RM6,908.21 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Secretary: 1 year (preferred)
