Staff Midwife

Responsible for rendering professional nursing care to patients prenatally, during labour and post natal in the unit and shall be held accountable for the patient outcomes under her care.
- To supervise patient care and develop long-term plans for professional development of staff.
- To establish and maintain nursing standards and enforcing them to make sure that all staff implement best practices when interacting with patients and tracking their treatment.
- To supervise the volume of patients and delegate tasks to team members to efficiently process the flow of patients through intake, care and discharge.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess minimum Diploma in Nursing and is r**egistered with Malaysian Nursing Board**.
- **Possess Post Basic Midwifery certification and is registered with Midwifery Board Malaysia (MBM).**
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- 5 years working experience, of which a minimum of 2 years as Staff Midwife
- Ability to work with a variety of health care professionals and patients
- Extensive clinical skills for O&G and Maternity

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
