QA Technical Associate

The primary responsibilities will include the following. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
- Support Quality Assurance tasks related to customer inquiries, PPAP documentation creation and management, Return material requests (RMR/RMA), Corrective Action submission and tracking, Quality metrics tracking.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Associate degree.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of working experience.
- Customer service experience
- Experience with document management
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic working environment

**Added Advantage**:

- PPAP or other technical documentation experience
- Experience working with technical teams
- Experience supporting automotive customers
