Lead cross-functional teams to execute the NPI process within the operations group.
- Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.
- Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement and evaluate costing for manufacturing processes.
- Set an overall Operational NPI plan, Set Ops KPI’s, Track and follow project progress, manage risk and report accordingly.
- Overall accountability of production data integrity including: BOM, production documentation, jigs and tools, product regulation.
- Able to read, analyse and analytical technical drawing
- Sourcing for new item/parts, manufacturing process and material
- Manage component readiness through cost-analysis, obtaining resources, and implementing operation program and schedule.
- Establishing and documenting process specifications that ensure manufacturing operations will meet product capability and quality expectations.
- Analyze and recommend improvements to all product
- Prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure a good quality product - represent the operations in the product life cycles gates.
- Complete a costing calculation (customer RFQ) within the time frame. Coordinate and review RFQ costing to ensure pricing are competitive and profitable.
- Communicate with customers to understand their quotation and manufacturing needs and fulfill those customer requirements
- To assist on quotation process and provide quotation on time manner and accuracy and support sales personal to confirm sales.

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma/Degree in any manufacturing and above.
- Min. 5 years experience in Industrial Engineering line.
- Knowledgeable in 3D & 2D drawing is more advantage
- Casting /Sheet Metal/ CNC Machining knowledge are more preferable.
- Able to operate 3D file.
- Exposure in MS Excel, MS Office, Power Point, AutoCad, Solidworks & CREO
- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
- Able to work in long hours if needed
- Able communicate with all level.
- Attention to details and good follow-up skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
