**Working Hours**:
Mon - Fri /9am - 6.00pm -(40hours)

**Saturday :9am - 2pm (5hours)**

**(Immunity to skip working if achieved weekly target)**

**Basic Salary**:
RM1,700 - RM1,900 + Commission - Normal speaker

RM1900 + 300 (Language Allow ) + commission - Mandarin Speaker

**1 year employment contract.**

Streamyx, Unifi & Unifi Mobile Postpaid

**Min Requirement**:
SPM (Must passed BM & BI) / Age : 19yo & above

Good Selling Skill - MUST

Sales Experience - Added Advantage

**JOB SUMMARY**
- To formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner.
- To provide excellent customer service beyond customer expectation.
- Ensure compliance with roles and responsibilities as assigned.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Perform outbound calls to promote TM products and promotion and generate targeted sales for the company.

2. Answering and responding to inbound calls on TM product promotion & packages, enquiries according to specified Practice and Procedure.

3. Ensure monthly sales target is achieved

4. To provide accurate information / solution / service with excellent telephone courtesy.

5. Perform, participate and contribute to quality initiatives i.e ISO9001.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Good command/fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Confident in delivering results and achieving sales target.

Minimum: SPM holders

Have minimum technical knowledge (internet, broadband)

Self motivated, a team player with positive attitude

Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
