Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide information to guests about the resort, its amenities, and nearby attention.
- Assist guests with making reservations for activities and events.
- Serve as liaison between the customer and other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that guests’ needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and complaints.
- Provide feedback to management on improving guest satisfaction and the overall guest experience.
