As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our products or services. **Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

**Skills**
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Retail sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer information
- Basic math skills for calculating discounts, pricing, and commissions
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product specifications and benefits
- Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight key features
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customer base
- Upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
- Understanding of retail math concepts such as profit margins and markups
