1. To assist the Facilities team and outsourced service contractors in maintaining, servicing and repair of all plants and equipment in the mall, including planned preventive maintenance.

2. To be hands on in maintaining, servicing and repair of all plants and equipment in the mall, including planned preventive maintenance.

3. To work closely with any external service providers as required, ie lifts, air-conditioning, electrical etc. To assist in developing work specifications to ensure maximum results are achieved.

4. To analyze building conditions and assigned facilities team and assist in preparing reports on all defects and repair works carried out.

5. To assist in the monitoring and maintenance of the basic structure of the building and grounds.

6. To monitor, maintain and troubleshoot problems with the building facilities systems to ensure proper operation including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, safety etc.

7. To initiate energy saving measures and implemented this actions in order to minimize cost and waste.

8. To assist in performing detailed inspections utilizing a random check technique so that quality control standards are maintained.

9. To maintain and manage the workshop and other building areas, keeping them tidy and well organized at all time.

10. To assist in supervise the work carry out in public areas of the building as to minimize disruption, risk and inconvenience to co-workers, visitors and tenants.

11. To prioritize and manage time efficiently to complete tasks identified by your superior and through one’s own initiative.

12. To ensure maximum results and standards are achieved with all the minor works i.e. repair, service and maintain by own in-house team.

13. To monitor the expenses and assist management in the cost reduction.

14. Responsible for effective communication to and within own area and the support other departments, e.g. briefing.

15. To assist to ensure that the mall is supported in any emergency situation.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum SPM or Certificate in Electrical/ Mechanical.
- Must be able to communicate very well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Must have A4 Chargeman certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in building operations, maintenance management and support services.
Hands on knowledge in handling all technical aspect of building and utilities.
- Well versed with all laws governing building management.
- General retailing experience
