Job Description General Workers put products and product components together using their hands and varies tools. Team Leaders supervise General Workers, who typically work within an assigned area on a specific line. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clue Box General Workers clue the box, then sort these items into their designated locations. Inspect Finished Products General Workers visually inspect and test finished items to ensure they have been correctly assembled. Load and Unload Inventory General Workers load products and pieces slated for assembly onto the line and load fully assembled, boxed products into their designated locations. Adhere to Safety Protocols General Workers adhere to all safety protocols and wear proper safety gear at all times while on the manufacturing, warehouse, or factory room floor. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS At least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level. With minimum 2-3 years similar working experience. PREFERRED SKILLS General Workers perform assembly tasks repeatedly in accordance with instructions and diagrams that display proper assembly procedures. JOB COMPETENCIES '¢ Dexterity General Workers specifically need excellent finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination to perform their job well. '¢ Physical fitness General Workers need the physical stamina to stand for hours at a time and operate heavy machinery without getting fatigued or distracted.
