ACCOUNTS i. Enter and code financial transactions appropriately in AUTOCOUNT software for all inter companies ii. Reconciling Supplier Accounts, issuance of payment, process vouchers and filing iii. Perform Bank Reconciliations by comparing statements with general ledger iv. Prepare full set accounts/finance for inter-company reconciliation v. Prepare for GST submission vi. Assemble financial data for audit and prepare annual financial statements vii. Issue invoices and DO to customers based on services rendered and/or goods sold ADMIN & HR i. Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls with pleasant telephone and voice, take messages and routing correspondence. ii. Sort incoming mail and documents and distribute them to appropriate section and personnel iii. Arrange for outgoing mail/courier documents iv. KWSP, SOCSO submissions v. Review employee claims and make reimbursements and maintain petty cash records vi. Purchasing /procurement matters dealing with suppliers and ensure timely deliveries. vii. Renew registration annually for all companies / licenses Additional i. Supplier sourcing, deal with suppliers to get quotes / costing ii. Research for new suppliers to find better quotes iii. Negotiate with better price with suppliers iv. Utilities Payment v. Filling up tender form
