We are a growing Melbourne real estate agency with a strong interstate and overseas client base which is looking for an experienced Administration specialist with a strong track record in Trust Accounting.

The successful applicant can look forward to work remotely and playing a key role in our ongoing success. You will have a keen eye for detail, good time management skills and a genuine focus on excellence.

Among the key attributes we are looking for are:

- Daily Trust receipting and reconciliation;
- Processing of supplier invoices and payments;
- Disbursal of funds to rental providers;
- Monthly and annual reporting;
- Assistance with budgeting and forecasting;
- A variety of other admin tasks.

**Salary**: RM50,000.00 - RM60,000.00 per year
