**Financial Recordkeeping**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data

**Bookkeeping**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions.

**Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process invoices, verify expenses, and manage accounts payable.
- Assist in the collection of accounts receivable.

**Bank Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.

**Expense Management**:

- Track and manage company expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Budgeting Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and report on budget variances.

**Audit Support**:

- Prepare documentation and support for internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with auditors as needed.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting policies and regulations.

**Financial Analysis**:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and anomalies.
- Provide support for decision-making processes.

**Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize accounting software and tools proficiently (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant platforms).

**Salary**: RM2,000.65 - RM2,200.11 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
