**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible to assist the Executive Chef in managing assigned kitchen operation.
- Controlling kitchen operation and administration.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience as Chef de Partie and Commis Chef in hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
- Preferably experienced in luxury internation brands.
- Qualification in Kitchen Production and Management.
- Malaysian & Expratriate can apply
- Range of salary will depends on the experience
