Responsibilities:
- Perform gap analysis, develop functional specifications and testing plan.
- To manage and take charge of HIS Change Request (CR) within the group, prepare & compile CRs for quarterly review with Change Advisory Board.
- To coordinate the annual hospital IT audit, follow up & close the IT audit findings.
- Assist in software installation and deployment.
- to work with vendor to ensure committed SLA and system uptime is achieve.
Qualification:
- Diploma / Bachelor in Computer Science, IT or equivalent (fresh graduate are welcome)
- Advantageous to have analytics and problem-solving experience in hospital.
- Ability in communicate and work with all levels of staff across the organization.
