Job Scope:
1. Provide general administrative and operational support to the Executive and/or Manager. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work.
2. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member. Meet and greet clients and visitors.
3. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office and accounting software.
4. Perform general clerical duties: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and any other duties assigned.
5. Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys.
6. Act as Support staff in assigned project based work.
7. Any other duties as deemed fit by the Management.
8. Any other ad-hoc duties when assigned and involving **SCS GROUP.**
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Administration or related field.
- Able to using SQL accounting system is an advantage.
- Multitasking and have a good communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
