Housecall Physiotherapist

Housecall Physiotherapist Responsibilities:
Pre-Treatment:

- Confirm appointments with patients a day ahead.
- Wear the company’s uniform properly.
- Check all equipment is ready and functional for house calls.
- Familiarize with the patient’s condition and ensure treatments align with Evidence-Based Practice (EBP).
- Come early at least 10-15 minutes before appointment start

During Treatment:

- Accurately assess and understand patient issues, maintaining awareness of their condition and safety.
- Adhere to treatment SOPs, ensuring at least 60% manual intervention.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with patients, offering clear explanations about their condition and our treatment strategy.
- Provide detailed information on treatment packages and rehabilitation plans for progression.
- Complete assessment after every session

After Treatment:

- Complete patient logbooks, issue treatment, and clearly explain suitable packages and promotions.
- Schedule the next appointment and ensure receipts are issued post-payment.
- Verify that no equipment is left behind.
- Update payments with the clinic assistant daily.

Job Requirements:

- Requires a minimum of a Diploma in Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy or equivalent, with 1-3 years of experience; fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree are also welcome.
- Proficiency in English and Malay.
- Capable of working independently.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
