- A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in architectural/ interior design or equivalent.
- Preferable with knowledge and experience with M&E and IT Out
- Preferable with GDL license
- Ability to lead and understand commercial ID fit out construction DWG and MEP drawing.
- Willing to work long hours prior project deliverables.
- Able to handle project independently and works under pressure.
- Extremely organized with good communication skills, proactive and positive attitude.
- Detail-orientated (quality & finishing of the final products) with an aptitude for problem-solving.

**Responsibility**
- Responsible for overall project from start till handover appropriate with official documents comply with ISO/ client requirement.
- Assist Project Manager to keep track the site work progress and cost control at site.
- Ensure the project deliver on time with quality.
- Ensure site workers and sub-contractors’ workers at the site follow the OHSAS standard and legal authorities’ requirements.
- Prepare the weekly project report / safety report and daily report according to the ISO and OHSAS requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
