What it would be like working in a gifting company?
A day of an admin working scenario in corporate gifting company.
When you came aboard as Flying Zebra Admin you will be team up with a senior co-ordinator who will guide you on your day to day work.
In a typical day of work, you will be handling administration like issuing PO, DO, Invoices, paperwork and filling. you will also be checking and updating payment of clients and supplier.
Besides that, you will manage some office purchasing and support fulfilment processes when needed.

**; Requirements**:
- Basic Computer skills - (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Google Office)
- Had minimum administrative and operations management background.
- Pay attention to details and have good organizing skills is a big ‘Yes’
- Loves and passion about online shopping. Local and oversea.
- Positive working attitude, not shy to have open, clear communication.
- English, Malay and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Job Scope

**Administration Task**:

- Issue PO, DO, Invoice, paperwork and filling.

**Sourcing tasks**:

- Source and order gifts and samples from supplier
- Get costing and product details.

**Simple Accounting Task**:

- Check and update payment of clients and suppliers.
- Download and prepare monthly invoices, statement and bills

**Fulfilment tasks**:

- Arranging pick up and track delivery of gifts and samples
- Arrange print labels and manage packing processes.
- Get costing from logistics partners.

**Office maintenance tasks**:

- Order office supplies.
- Maintaining and organising samples.
