QA/qc Technician

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- To assist QA/QC Engineer managing QA/QC activities in a manner commensurate with Saint-Gobain (Premix) Best Practices methodologies.
- Implementation of QEHS Management System and practices.
- Responsible of Powder and Epoxy line Process Quality Control.
- Responsible for all in-coming materials QC tasks.
- Responsible for in-process QC Inspection Checks.
- Responsible for Final QC Inspection Checks.
- Assist in custom lab mixes sample testing and evaluation.
- Assist in customer complaint/ non-conformance product evaluation.
- Issued batch sheets/ manufacturing order for production activities.
- Update of Daily QC test data in to QC shared folder system.
- Summary QC test performance results as daily QC reporting.
- Duties may be varied from time to time consistent with the employee’s training and skills and such varied duties are to be performed to standards which will be specified as required.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- At least completed high school education (SPM/ STPM), or certificate/ diploma level with minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in building material manufacturing and quality process control activities.
- Able to work independently.
- Good interactive & management skill.
- Good command in Bahasa Malaysia & English and computer literate.
- Basic Laboratory skill, techniques and 5S implementation

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
