Handling property handover to owners, Pre CPC inspection & involve in VP handover process & procedures
- Maintain property after VP delivery & liaise with project team on defect rectification works during DLP period
- Resolve owners issues & follow up with project team & contractors on defect rectification works
- Liaise with authorities for setting up of JMB
- Maximise rental and occupancy rate of Commercial properties
- Managing tenancy related issues & oversee day to day operation issue at commercial properties
- Liaise with property agents to view potential properties
- Manage overall repair & maintenance properties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
