**Responsibilities**:
- To assist in all general administrative matters within the Department,
- To liaise with all incoming and outgoing correspondence of the Department,
- To assist in preparing monthly reports for reporting purposes on instructions,
- Able to produce printing in time,
- To be responsible for filing / maintaining database and relevant records of the department.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings

3. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position,
4. Independent and matured person with an eye for evaluating critical matters,
5. High confident, diligent and good communication skills.
