Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determine selection criteria.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Any ad hoc tasks given by the management team.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma and above in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR management experience, preferably in recruitment.
- Must be able to speak and read Mandarin, in order to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking China partners.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
