Good customer service and technical skills and constantly follow up a request to completion on time. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Update IT documentation when needed (e.g. IT loan unit tracking etc.) - IT hardware and software support. HW: desktop, laptop, printer, barcode printer, barcode scanner, RF scanner, thin clients, audio/visual, and other IT accessories. SW: Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, SCCM, Trend Micro antivirus, Trend Micro Full Disk Encryption, Adobe Reader, Kofax PowerPDF, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, GlobalProtect, Cisco Jabber, Stratodesk (For NComputing RX300 thin client remote support tool, VSpace (For NComputing N500 thin client remote support tool), Zoom, IT tools, OS reimaging using SCCM etc. - Basic networking knowledge and skill (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, network commands). - Analyze user requests and propose/recommend the most practical solution (cost-effective to the company, meets the business requirements, and does not violate policies, regulatory requirements, or the law. - Update IT Asset Inventory upon making a change to an asset (e.g. after assigning a computer to a new user or replacing a faulty computer, upgrading the OS, upgrading the RAM/disk/misc. accessories), update the record in eITIMS - Keep your manager well-informed of any updates
