**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Perform day-to-day accounting operations like General Ledger, Account Payable & Account Receivable functions
- Responsible to handle full set of accounts.
- Generate financial report on monthly basis for management review
- To perform monthly E-Commerce report
- To perform monthly management financial report
- To handle account receivable & account payable
- To update weekly ageing report
- To perform any other ad-hoc assignment when required
- To handle monthly bank reconciliation
- To perform monthly salary, EPF, SOSCO, EIS, PCB
- Prepare billings and monitor monthly collection from clients and debts
- Liaise with company secretary, external auditors and tax agents
- All other task or ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Computer literate and knowledge in MS Office. i.e. MS Excel and MS Word.
- Have knowledge in AUTOCOUNT will be an advantage
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attitude, work independently and able to multitask
- General filing documentation preparation
- At least 3 years working experience in the related field.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Responsible, positive attitude, mature and independent
