**Job scope**:

- Create Job Descriptions for various roles in the company.
- Responsible for onboarding process of new employees which includes orientation training.
- Access the training needs and coordinate with the company trainer for training and development for employees.
- Create and maintain employee personal files.
- Plan and propose employee benefits package.
- Execute yearly employees’ performance review process.
- Operate the day-to-day operations of the department.
- Ensure that employees comply with company policies.
- Liaise with safety department to conduct regular drug test to all employees.
- Conduct random spot checks on employees in accordance with company policy.
- To ensure accuracy and timely execution of salary payment and statutory payment.
- Monitor daily employee's attendance and act accordingly.
- Handle employee relations matters, including counselling, disciplinary action, termination, conflict resolution and grievance management.
- Responsible and liaise with company insurance agent for Group Personal Accident claims.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven 2 years’ experience in HR related roles.
- Proven of 2 years’ experience in recruitment and payroll.
- Honest, ethical, and dependable.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with the ability to captivate audiences and convey a compelling message.
- Familiarity with latest employment act.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Evening shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
