Sales Administration Executive

**JOB PURPOSE**: Covering a full cycle of sales administration activities. Work directly with purchaser, processing progress billing/Invoices, handling purchaser/sales person/end financier and lawyer. To develop customer service skills and remain friendly, professional and patient in their communications.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Ensuring all issues pertaining to purchaser on the progress billing upon sign SPA/progress claim to end financier are processed and resolved so that all invoices/progress claim/CN/Promotion scheme are captured by each month-end.
- Organize and manage the safe keeping proper documents, maintain records of organized filing for effective data retrieving
- Prepare monthly report Progress Biling/Collection/aging.
- Perform basic sales admin entries, assist in data entry, issue OR
- Data entry in Property System - IFCA.net system
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by superior
- Attending on handing over house key to purchaser on Vacant Possession.
**JOB SPECIFICATION**:
- Recognized Degree/Diploma in Administration/Management/Property or any equivalent discipline.
- Possess a minimum two (2) years of working experience in sales administration (property).
- Skills in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Familiar with Property Software - IFCA.net System.
- Trustworthy, diligent, motivated, hardworking, fast learning and multitasking
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and able to work under minimum supervision.
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
