Able to write Mandarin Copywriting

Familiarity with design software, preferably Canva.

Strong copywriting skills with an attention to detail.

Proven ability to convert online interactions into actionable leads.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and voice.

Stay updated with industry trends to create content that resonates with the target audience.

Use design tools like Canva to create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other visual content for digital platforms.

Convert online leads into actionable appointments.

Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure smooth transition and follow-up of leads.

Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of content and campaigns.

Generate regular reports to demonstrate ROI and provide insights for optimization.

Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure content aligns with promotional activities, product launches, or other company initiatives.

Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and strategies.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
