Job Responsibilities:

- Troubleshooting on QC issues and non-confirming product and recommend viable solution
- Continuously improvement in process and final product
- Interact with product management and development team to understand the product structure and quality requirement
- Ensure implementation in manufacturing documentation and procedures
- PFMEA - identify all possible failure in assembly process. Documents current knowledge and actions about the risk of failures, for use in continuous improvement
- Work with other departments to coordinate and monitor operation processes to ensure quality products are produced
- To evaluate quality of manufacturing process and final product
- Intermediate computer skills such as spreadsheets, databases and presentations.
- To perform incoming materials, In-process and finished goods inspection with mínimal supervision and are aligned with the Company ISO standard.
- To identify and highlight system or product quality issues and execute action plan by rectifying, implement and monitor efficiency of problems.
- To follow-up on NCR, status of reword and close-out and ensure the corrective and preventive actions are executed.
- To comply with the certificate of analysis (COA) of all the incoming materials and ensure they are in compliance to the product specifications.
- To monitor the equipment and methods used and the procedures followed in the inspection process.
- To participate in various meetings and discussions relating to the quality issue.
- To assist in implementing cost reduction initiatives while maintain high quality standards.
- To assist in evaluating current quality activities and worker work performance issues and make recommendations to QC manager for improvements.
- To provide training to QC inspector on how to perform the high standard quality inspection according to SOP.
- In charge of production line QC during production process to detect if any defect at the earliest possible point.
- In charge of final QC check on finished goods before transferring to Packing Department for packing and issuing the QC Report.
- In Charge of Mock-up or first article of prototype or revised item inspection.
- To provide training in quality awareness for continual improvement in quality, manufacturing and service.
- To carry out other duties and tasks as directed by the Management in line with competencies and activities associated with any of the above processes.
- Able to work as a team.

**Salary**: From RM2,300.00 per month

- Puchong Utama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Quality Control and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin. English and Bahasa (preferred)
