**job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clerk. As a Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include handling a variety of tasks such as answering phones, organizing files, managing documents, and performing basic bookkeeping.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Perform data entry and update information in databases.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and billing.
- Monitor office supplies and replenish inventory as needed.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma or SPM qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is an advantage but not required.
