EHS Officer

Assist the Manager in managing safety, environmental protection, fire safety, and occupational health.
- Conduct routine inspections and manage correspondence with government departments.
- Collaborate on the development of safety policies, objectives, plans, and training programs.
- Track and inspect the implementation of safety policies and plans.
- Establish and maintain ISO24001/ISO45001 management systems.
- Provide EHS support during factory construction.
- Oversee the implementation of "Three Simultaneities" (design, construction, and operation) for new projects.
- Manage safety standardization processes and dual prevention mechanisms.
- Organize safety-related meetings.
- Conduct annual safety monitoring.
- Manage interactions with government departments.
- Develop and implement an annual safety training plan.
- Conduct specialized training sessions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by company leadership.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or higher in a relevant field (chemical, environmental, safety engineering).
- **Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in EHS roles within the manufacturing sector.**:

- Strong management abilities, including planning, coordination, and communication.
- National certification as a Registered Safety Engineer or Intermediate Engineer in Malaysia.
- **Familiarity with Malaysian EHS regulations and 3-in-1 project experience.**:

- **Proficiency in managing ISO24001/ISO45001 systems.**:

- Knowledge of safety standardization processes and dual prevention mechanisms.
- Excellent internal coordination and communication skills.
- **Skilled in internal coordination, communication, and proficient in English and Chinese.**:

- **Must be willing to work in Southkey, JB.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
