HSE Policy and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with international, national, and company-specific regulations and standards. Continuously review and update policies as necessary.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification to proactively identify potential risks, hazards, and environmental impacts. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and improve safety measures.

HSE Training and Awareness: Coordinate and conduct HSE training programs and campaigns for all personnel to enhance their understanding of HSE requirements, including emergency response procedures, safety drills, and environmental protection measures.

Incident Reporting and Investigation: Establish and manage an incident reporting system to ensure timely reporting, investigation, and analysis of incidents, accidents, near misses, and environmental spills. Implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize the recurrence of incidents.

Safety Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of vessels, facilities, and operations to identify and address safety and environmental compliance gaps. Monitor compliance with international regulations and industry best practices.

HSE Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and assess HSE performance across the organization. Analyze data, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvement.

Contractor and Supplier Management: Evaluate the HSE performance of contractors, suppliers, and service providers. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Develop and maintain a list of approved vendors based on HSE criteria.

Emergency Response Planning: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including procedures for oil spills, search and rescue operations, medical emergencies, and other critical incidents. Conduct regular drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of emergency response protocols.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changes in HSE regulations, codes, and industry standards applicable to the maritime industry. Ensure organizational compliance with these regulations and facilitate audits by regulatory bodies.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as crew members, management, regulatory agencies, and industry associations, to promote a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
