- **Brew Crew Opportunity**_

We are seeking a friendly, curious, and passionate **Chargeman **to help deliver a world-class coffee and tea experience. As a member of our Malaysia Brew Crew, you will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

You will enter our famous ‘**Barista Academy’** from your very first day and develop expertise in the craft of coffee and tea, gaining valuable career skills — Your development is our priority.
- **Key Responsibilities**_

In this role, you will:

- Ensure that all electrical installation is functioning optimally as per safety standards, procedures, and policies by authorities.
- Manage LV electrical distribution system and carry out periodic checking and preventive maintenance tasks on all LV electrical distribution systems.
- Conduct regular inspections on building facilities for HQ, production & cafés.
- Monitor and supervise any electrical installation.
- Attend and respond to tickets assigned, especially related to the electrical system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues internally.
- Prepare reports of system faults and/or troubleshoot finding for improvement works.
- Supervise repair and maintenance tasks with outsourced vendor till completion.
- Verify repair and maintenance works by outsourced vendor.
- Monitor and supervise Preventive Maintenance activity by outsourced vendor.
- Assist to install equipment/machine for new cafés and events.
- Assist the Facility Executive on any ad-hoc assignment related to the facility maintenance department.

- Chargeman Certificate (A0) by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the electrical / mechanical field, have facility equipment knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting - preferably in retail and F&B industry.
- Familiar with Safety & Health / JKKP / DOE / ST Law and Regulation
- Must be able to respond to emergency call duty and special task arrangement during off day/after working hours.
- Able to read and understand electrical layout.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Good communication skills and coordinate effectively with internal and external parties
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
