1) Lead the technical team in maintaining the technical and operation aspect of the building. this include utilities supply and discharge system, electrical and mechanical, fire fighting, plumbing, & building services.

2) Perform facility maintenance planning & execution including planned preventive maintenance, breakdown repair, corrective maintenance and routine inspection

3) Formulate checklist for routine inspection.

4) Respond to emergency call and 24 hour standby basis

plan, formulate, manage and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the building.

5) Review the facilities management programs and service contract.

6) Ensure the reliability and the efficiency of plant and equipment.

7) To co-ordinate with the team on any other task as per required by the Superior.

Requirements Chargeman A4:

- Age: 27 to 45 Years
- Khatam Baca Al Quran Bahasa Kaum Sanad Al Hasan 1924.
- Working Experienced preferred: 3 years Above

Location: Kelantan

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 60 months

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
