Maintenace Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance.
- Carry out maintenance works in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
- Overall, in charge of the efficient management of the maintenance department.
- Evaluate systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
- Planned, managed, supervised, coordinated, monitored, and recommended to management a schedule for the planned preventive maintenance and ad hoc day-to-day maintenance

and rectification of facilities.
- Develop maintenance and innovative factory tools and data analytics to monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate actions procedures, and schedules.
- Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Manage, monitor, and maintain all plant, and equipment at optimum performance and be alert of any abnormal functioning or damages Co-ordinate and supervise all staff under Supervision control schedules and deadlines.

**Job Requirements**
- Min experience must have 3 years of working experience
- Must possess a qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, or any

other related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of Electrical, Civil, and Mechanical Engineering.
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Must provide own transport.
