**Admin Executive**
**(One Mobile Care SDN BHD)**
**Responsibilities**.
- Greet and Serve incoming customer
- Perform various data entry
- Ensure the accuracy of the data entry
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Maintaining internal databases
- Perform various aspect of inventory management
- Preparing finished products for packaging and shipment
- Other ad-hoc admin duties.
**Requirement**
- Minimum SPM
- Speak Malay and English
- Willing to learn & start from below
- Availability to work shift hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work under daily and/or weekly deadlines, in a fast-changing work environment
- Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
- Experience in customer service is a huge advantage.
**Working Location**:
B2 - 1 - 22 Lorong Pauh Jaya 1/3,Taman Pauh Jaya, 13500 Permatang Pauh,
Pulau Pinang.
**Working Hour**:
Monday - Saturday : 10am - 6.30pm
(Sunday & Public holiday closed)
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- George Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
**Experience**:
- Customer service (required)
