**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Act as the organizational receptionist and receive calls and assist customers
- Regularly check and maintaining inventory on office stationeries.
- Communicate regularly with staff to help procure needed items for productions.
- Update with daily production reports
- Carries out administrative duties such as typing, scanning, photocopies of forms, correspondence, memos, data entry work ,filing and other materials.
- Sorting, filing and maintaining filing systems for efficient recordkeeping and easy retrieval.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
.Minimum 1 year experience as a clerk
- Able to read/write/speak in Bahasa and English
- Minimum education SPM and above, have basic on microsoft knowledge
- With a good working attitude, punctual, responsible and trustworthy
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
