- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to overall customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Native Japanese speaker with fluent English communication skills
- Previous experience in customer support or chat-based roles
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written communication skills in both Japanese and English

Familiarity with online platforms and social media is a plus

- 日本語と英語の両方で優れた文章作成能力を持つ方
- オンラインプラットフォームやソーシャルメディアに詳しい方は歓迎

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
