**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create aesthetically optimized VM schemes for window and instore display (planogram), for the presentation of existing products and new product launches.
- Drive consistency in VM standards across the retail locations with creation of clear guidelines and optimum communication with the teams.
- Engage and review with sales and stock data to propose commercially viable VM schemes that drive revenue to the business.
- Lead the visual customer experience instore ensuring all customer needs are met within the displays, for example to effectively display pricing, communicate the brand stories and any adhoc promotional messages.
- Lead the creation of briefs for the design and sourcing of new props/POS, proposing creative solutions for the display of new collections.
- Manage the external supplier to deliver the POS to brief, on time and within budget
- Manage the budget planning and window launch timeline.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly VM report which includes general feedback and market trends.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Visual Merchandising
- Ability to interpret visual briefs with creative skills.
- Extremely well-organised with project management skills and strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with an ambitious spirit, initiative, willing to multi task resourcefully and work independently
- Ability to manage suppliers, interacting effectively with colleagues and external contractors
- Ability to work on short timelines and in an agile changing environment
- Passionate about working in a customer obsessed environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and having skills in Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or other visual design tools would be an added advantage.**MAIN KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create design themes and plans for window, in-store and showcase displays in line with the following purposes that are appealing to customers:

- Festive and/or seasonal marketing campaigns
- Introduction of new product range
- Quarterly updates on bridal and lifestyle showcase gallery displays
- Special events such as public roadshows, in-store activities, external events, etc.
- Produce, install and dismantle visual displays in window, in-store and showcase displays for all boutiques and events
- Identify and source props and materials for the displays within the approved budget for the project
- Prop sourcing for campaign photo shoots (for both social media and BTL photo shoot).
- Store visit on a monthly basis to follow up with quality checks and replenishment on all jewellery display props
- Conduct research of current and upcoming trends on display designs as well as monitoring of displays by luxury retailers for execution of best practices**SECONDARY KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist senior graphic designers in producing visuals and artwork for marketing activities (both offline and online platform).
- Creating simple GIF animations/reels for screen visuals/social media postings

**Requirements:

- **
- Diploma/Degree in Fashion/Graphic Design or equivalent;
- Experience in retail visual merchandising;
- Possess creative flair and imagination;
- Good communication and negotiation skills to present design ideas for approval;
- Proficiency in using Photoshop and Illustrator programmes to create design visuals;
- Good in arts and crafts to produce props for visual merchandizing.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
