Job Descriptions:

- To assists the partner in related conveyancing matters from initial stage to completion;
- To prepare sale and purchase agreements for sub-sales and developer projects, bank documents, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, deed of receipt & reassignment, tenancy and etc. independently and within the time frame;
- To handle loan agreements from the initial stage to the final stage.
- To take instructions and liaising with clients, bankers and developers in a pleasant, friendly, confident and professional manner;
- To have a receptive respond to receiving and acting on instructions given by immediate supervisor;
- To provide clear, accurate and up to date information on the files;
- To monitor file management and prepare weekly status report;
**Requirements**:

- Must be able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must willing to learn and willing to work late (if necessary).
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a team.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet the deadline.
- Good admin skills with good attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated/driven person.
- Responsible, meticulous, well-organized, hardworking and committed.
- Ability to work in fast
- paced environment.
- Have a positive and proactive approach to work anticipating and meeting the needs of the firm.
- Possesses own transport.
- With experience (2-3 years) in legal firm (conveyancing).
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) recognized by the Malaysian Bar Council (required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
