**Job Details**
- Location: Livingston Tower, George Town, Penang
- Shift: 8am to 5pm or 1pm to 10pm (5 working days)

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and report game's malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Gather gamer's feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support and adhere to company policies and performance indicators

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in both English, and Mandarin (reading, writing and speaking)
- Experience in telephone customer service / call center environment (preferred)
- Player and support oriented attitude, with a knack for helping others (preferred)
- Team player with strong problem solving and conflict management skills;
- Good reasoning and analytical skills;
- Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations;

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
