**Responsibilities**:
**1. Team Management**:

- Supervise and lead a team of quality control inspectors.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure high-quality work.
- Schedule and assign tasks to team members.
- Evaluate and manage performance, providing feedback and support.

**2. Quality Control Processes**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Inspect and test products or services to identify defects or deviations from standards.
- Monitor and analyze production processes for quality improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.

**3. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of quality control activities.
- Generate reports on quality metrics and trends.
- Investigate and document any non-conformance issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to address quality concerns.

**4. Problem Solving**:

- Identify and address quality-related problems promptly.
- Collaborate with production or engineering teams to find solutions.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.

**5. Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process and quality improvements.
- Implement strategies to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.
