Provide first level support for IT operations including IT Systems and equipment in the company branch and office users, including PC/Laptop, server, printer, CCTV, photocopier machine, telecommunication networking and internet networking - Deliver quality response service on a daily basis and ensuring that any issues are logged, prioritized and resolved within agreed timeframe - Network and system troubleshooting needed - Provide proactive technical support to prevent errors re-occurring - Follow up and keep all people concerned on the progress of incidents/cases - Maintenance of company’s websites/intranet/ server - Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
