Dans le même esprit, Anywr recrute actuellement un Lead Concept Artist (H/F) pour l'un de nos clients, un développeur de jeux reconnu qui repousse les limites du possible, se concentre sur la production de jeux AAA et collabore avec de nombreux grands studios à travers le monde, situé à Kuala Lumpur, en Malaisie.

Profil
- Artiste concepteur avec plus de 4 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des jeux, y compris dans un rôle de direction.
- Créativité, résolution de problèmes et compréhension de la conception des jeux.
- Adaptable à différents styles artistiques.
- Solides compétences techniques dans Photoshop, Painter et Zbrush.
- Maîtrise du speed painting et des maquettes itératives.
- Solides compétences artistiques en dessin industriel, dessin d'après nature, peinture de personnages et d'environnements.

Rôles et responsabilités:
En communication avec le directeur artistique et le producteur, l'artiste conceptuel principal dirige une sous-équipe dont les principales responsabilités sont les suivantes
- Diriger une équipe d'artistes conceptuels et gérer les flux de production artistique pour plusieurs projets.
- Veiller à ce que les produits livrés répondent aux exigences techniques et artistiques des clients.
- Conseiller et communiquer avec le directeur artistique sur des questions artistiques et techniques.
- Créer et maintenir des critères de qualité pour les autres artistes conceptuels.
- Participer au recrutement et à la formation de nouveaux artistes conceptuels.
