Production Trainer

To conduct training for all new join Operator and Leader.
- To maintain and update the overall production operator training system in MES follow standard SOP.
- To Proactively conduct site audit/observation on all operator performance at various assemble processes in order to continue to improve operator skills, performance and provide re-training when necessary.
- To align all & Continual upgrading training programs with management KPIs set.
- To work with process, QA & production supervisor to certify new product, new process operator’s certification program and maintain its records in MES.
- To support customer, external & internal audit programs and close all audit findings effectively.
- To support production supervisor / manager assigned ad-hoc task when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Computer literate, like excel, word and power point.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2000 is and IPC 610 is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and able to interact with people of different levels.
- Willing to stay back after work and support on Weekend on ad-hoc basis.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia/ English.
- Patience in teaching and able to motivate individual and continual learning mindset.
- Experience in ISO QMS system.
- IPC certify trainer is an added advantages.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bukit Mertajam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
